This month I had the chance to reunite with many of my original off-Broadway, Yiddish cast members.
This is the show that launched me into choreography with the Jerome Robbins Trust, staging his Broadway choreography to Fiddler on the Roof. The Soroya was a stunning location for my Los Angeles debut.
Not only did we reunite with cast, but also our highly-decorated director, Broadway and film legend, Joel Grey. It was such a pleasure. Over a period of 7 years directing us, he especially had great things to say to me.
It’s always a pleasure to reunite with the team of the New York Theatre Folksbiene, NYC’s oldest-running Yiddish theater. Here’s to many more!
